Moving Adventures & Discipleship

As it turns out, moving to upstate NY in the dead of winter isn’t for the faint of heart.  My husband and I moved from OK to upstate NY (as in, near Canada) this month.  We’ve both been surprised by how much time and effort it took to get our place looking less like a cardboard box factory and more like an actual home.  From below zero temperatures to more snow than this Okie has seen in a long time, the weather also presented a few challenges.  At any rate, David went back to work this morning and I’m finally getting back into a routine again as well.

Today I’d like to share with you an article I wrote recently for Worship Facilities’ website.  It’s about discipleship and why it’s important for church staff to include themselves in this important aspect of the church.

Is this you after a church event?

It doesn't have to be that way!

Let me help you start planning the next event with the Church Event Planning Questionnaire. I'll also send you tips on how to make the next event more successful, and much less stressful.

Simply fill out the form and I'll get the questionnaire to you right away.

I just read your church staff discipleship article over on Worship Facilities, well said. Too bad we lost you as a fellow Okie, I enjoy your stuff.

    • Thank you! I may’ve moved, but I’m still part Okie. 🙂
